Return and Warranty Policy

Returns

Please be sure that you are familiar with our returns policy (outlined below) before sending anything back to us.

Returns for any product in original packaging, including all accessories which come with the item, is permitted within 30 days from the date of outbound shipping notice (except for items marked as non-returnable due to hygienic reason in their product pages). A restocking fee of 10% applies to returned items.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number to be processed. Items that are sent back to us without a Return Authorization cannot be processed. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

AACSoft LLC reserves the right to deny returns on items that have new version releases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. AACSoft LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges, duties or taxes of merchandise being returned. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to be processed may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. This includes cables, manuals and fasteners. 

All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, burnt, or otherwise “played with” merchandise will incur repair and/or replacement charges.

Please include your RMA # on the outside of the box so that it doesn’t get mixed up with normal incoming shipments. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial refunds are not available.

Refunds

If there is a problem, AACSoft LLC will make every effort to solve the issue. Refunds will be processed via STRIPE. Please see their applicable policies.

Warranty

There is a one year warranty from the date of sale on hardware devices that do not conform to specifications. AACSoft LLC’s sole liability shall be to repair or replace the product. Only the original manufacturer warranties apply for products not manufactured by AACSoft LLC.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $50 (USD) diagnostic fee for each returned item found to be in good working order. Also, customers are responsible for return shipping costs if items are found to be in good working order, were ordered by the customer incorrectly, or if the item is not suitable. All items returned for credit/refund must be shipped to us unmarked and in original packaging.
